The Clauses Embrace the Festive Charm of Gloversville

ree

Mr. and Mrs. Claus have truly made Gloversville, New York, a central stop on their busy holiday itinerary, showing that this community holds a special place in their hearts. The spirit of Christmas and the joy of believing seem to thrive year-round in the city, drawing the North Pole's most famous couple back again and again.

The Clauses’ holiday season in Gloversville began early, demonstrating their commitment to local commerce and community engagement. They were spotted at the Mohawk Harvest Cooperative Market for Small Business Saturday on November 29th, supporting local endeavors. A week later, on December 6th, they were the stars of the festive Gloversville Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting, joining residents to usher in the holiday season with traditional fanfare and the magical illumination of the city. Their commitment to the community isn't just a winter affair; Santa even made a special, unannounced visit to the Gloversville Summer Rec Program last summer, showing their fondness for the city transcends the Christmas season.

Direct Line to the North Pole

For children who might miss seeing Santa in person at these wonderful events, there is still time to get a message to the North Pole before Christmas—but time is running short for the mail! SANTA’S MAILBOX IS OPEN! Children can send their special letter to Santa through the magic mailbox located at Wandel Park. To guarantee a reply straight from the North Pole, letters must be dropped off by December 12, 2025. Just be sure to include your name and a legible return address!
