Exciting news for Gloversville! The application period for the highly anticipated Glove City Lofts housing lottery is officially open, offering a fantastic opportunity to live in the heart of our revitalized downtown.


How to Apply

Ready to make Glove City Lofts your new home? Here’s how you can apply:

  • Online Application: The easiest way to apply is through the New York State Housing Search website. You’ll need to create a NY.Gov ID to get started. Apply online here: https://housingsearch.hcr.ny.gov/housing/s/

  • Paper Application: Prefer a physical copy? No problem! Contact Kearney Development Group directly to have an application sent to you. Paper applications must be postmarked by August 20, 2025, and mailed to: Kearney Realty & Development Group, 57 Route 6, Suite 207, Baldwin Place, NY, 10505.
